East Hill's Third Annual Amazing Race
Registration Now Open for the East Hill Family Medical, Inc’s Third Annual Amazing Race Teams, Sponsors & Stations Can Sign Up Now! (January 14, 2016; Auburn, NY)… Registration for East Hill’s 2016 Amazing Race is now open online at! Set to take place on Sunday, May 1st, the leisurely competition will once again challenge 2-person teams to trek through downtown Auburn, visit different stations and undertake an assortment of interesting and fun challenges. Registration is $40 per team and includes participant t-shirts, goody bags and admission to the after party at the Knights of Columbus on Market Street. Registration is open until April 11th, and all details can be found at Modeled after the popular Emmy-winning television show, East Hill’s Amazing Race is open to participants ages 13 and up. Each 2-person team will be given a map with clues to take them across downtown Auburn and to the stations where they’ll complete challenges before moving to the next location. This year, we will have two different routes to accommodate those who wish to be more competitive in their approach and those who enjoy a more leisurely walk. The three teams - one from each route - that finish with the best overall time win! Proceeds from East Hill’s 2016 Amazing Race and its sponsorship will support the purchase of a new pediatric dental imaging sensor. This sensor will allow the dentist to detect disease and plan treatment as it produces high quality diagnostic images with high resolution for children. This technology is the leading edge in dental treatment because it can be performed more efficiently, effectively and comfortably. It provides greater comfort and reduces exposure to radiation. On behalf of the 11,000 Cayuga County citizens who benefit from East Hill Family Medical’s healthcare services, we hope you consider participating in this fun-filled event!! Your participation will help us to effect positive, measurable changes in the health of our community, as well as purchase equipment to make visits to the dentist easier for children. For more information about competing, sponsoring or becoming a station, please contact Danielle at 315.253.6796, ext. 509.
