Four arrested after brawl in Waterloo

On Friday, the Waterloo Police Department arrested 4 individuals for a fight that occurred at a local business on May 10, 2014 at about 12:45 AM.

Bradley C. Steinruck, age 46, of West Water Street, Waterloo, was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Harassment 2nd degree and Disorderly Conduct. Michelle A. Steinruck, age 42, of West Water Street, Waterloo, was charged with Disorderly conduct. Daniel R. Johnson, age 47, of Chestnut Street Waterloo was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Also, Crystal L. Knight age 36, of 53 Fayette Street, Waterloo, was charged with Harassment 2nd degree and Disorderly Conduct.

All four individuals are accused of engaging in a physical altercation while at a local business in Waterloo. Bradley Steinruck is accused of allegedly punching a woman and then getting involved in a physical altercation with Daniel Johnson. During this altercation Daniel Johnson and Bradley Steinruck broke a window at the business causing it to shatter. Daniel Johnson and Bradley Steinruck each received cuts from the broken window that required medical attention from North Seneca Ambulance and Finger Lakes Ambulance who then transported them to the Hospital for treatment. Crystal Knight’s Harassment charge stems from her allegedly physically attacking another person while at the business.

All four suspects were arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and were released on their own recognizance to appear back in Village court at a later date. Waterloo Police were assisted at the scene by the New York State Police and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department.
