46 baggies of heroin seized after Waterloo traffic stop

On Saturday at 12:45 am, Waterloo Police Department arrested three individuals for possessing a large amount of drugs packaged for sale, following a traffic stop on W. River St. Police recovered 46 baggies of heroin, 8 baggies of crack cocaine, 18 baggies of marijuana and a large
sum of cash from the vehicle.

Kathleen J. Moriarity, age 39, residing at Peterman Road in Seneca Falls, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class B Felony), Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree.

Christopher B. Markel, age 32, residing at Ovid Street in Seneca Falls, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class B Felony) and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Billy T. Davis, age 28, residing at 126 Scranton Ave, Rochester was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class B Felony) and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He is also currently on parole in New York.

All three were arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to Seneca County Jail on $10,000/$20,000 bail.
