On Tuesday, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested four individuals in connection with the March 2013 criminal mischief incident at Bill Cram Chevrolet in Seneca Falls. Police charged the following individuals with Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree (Felony) and Conspiracy in the Fifth Degree (Misdemeanor):
Andrew J. Graves, age 25, of Fall Street IN Seneca Falls.
Charles W. Covert, age 45, of State Route 89 in Seneca Falls.
Jonathan L. Taylor, age 28, of Balsey Road in Seneca Falls.
Jonathan P. Klingensmith, age 25, of Swaby Street in Seneca Falls.
Arraignment was before Fayette Town Justice Joe Sapio for Graves, Taylor, and Klingensmith. All three were remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 secure bond. All three are scheduled for a felony hearing in Seneca Falls Town Court at 1:00 PM on June 14th.
Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Justice Joyce Mahoney for Covert. Covert was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 secure bond. A felony hearing was scheduled for 1:00 PM on June 14th.
