| Waterloo man arrested after choking 11-year-old | |||
The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that on February 20th Deputies arrested Robert R. Maynard age 66 of Waterloo for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It is alleged that Maynard grabbed an 11 year old child around the neck lifting the child off the ground during a domestic dispute at the residence. Maynard was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and ROR'D.
