On February 11, 2013, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Brandon M. Smith, 23, of Waterloo on charges of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree following an investigation into illicit drug sales.
It is alleged that Smith sold a quantity of heroin to another person. Smith was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 secured bond. Smith is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on February 15, 2013 at 11am.
