The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that on February 4th at 1:16 am, Deputies arrested 20 year old Dustin E. Robinson of Groton, NY on one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor and one count of Criminal Mischief 4th, also a Class A Misdemeanor.
The charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Lodi on the evening of February 3rd where it is alleged Robinson broke a wooden chair inside the residence then used the leg of the broken chair to smash out the glass on a door leading into the residence.
It is also alleged that while smashing the glass window out, glass shards hit a 16 year old female.
Robinson was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Lodi Court on the 13th of February 2013 at 10:00am
