Seneca County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Christine M. Kinsman, age 24, of Waterloo,NY on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Seneca County Family Court. Kinsman was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $2,500.00 bail. Kinsman is to appear before Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
