| Cayuga Sheriff reports Owasco clothes drop fire | |||
Sheriff David Gould reports that the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office and the Cayuga County Fire Investigation Team are investigating what appears to be an arson fire at the used clothing drop off building located at Sacred Heart Church on Melrose Rd. in the Town of Owasco. The fire, which destroyed the 8X16 building, was called in at 6:22 am on Monday morning by passerby.
