| Seneca Falls Police Beat for 1/2 | |||
On January 2nd 2013 around 2:44am Seneca Falls Police arrested Daniel A. Streitz Jr. age 33 of 47 Rumsey Street Apt 1 Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for DWI, Driving with .08 of 1% or more blood alcohol content, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, speed in zone, and unsafe tires. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on State Route 5 after Streitz was observed traveling 45mph in a posted 30mph zone on Balsley Road. Streitz was released on UTT's and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on January 17th 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges. On December 23rd, 2012 at 12:11am Seneca Falls Police arrested Jeffrey K. Warrick Jr. age 29 of 224 Ovid Street Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to keep right. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop conducted of Warrick on East Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Warrick was released on an appearance ticket and a UTT and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on January 10th, 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charge. On the 25th of December 2012 around 12:24pm The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Garrett L. Weaver age 23, of 4830 Day Rd Vernon NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop due to Weavers vehicle traveling 45mph in a 30 mph zone. Police conducted an investigation and learned that Weaver was operating the vehicle with a suspended drivers license. Weaver was issued traffic tickets for Speeding and for the Aggravated unlicensed Operation. Weaver is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 10th of January 2012 at 10:00am to answer the charges. On the 24th of December 2012 around 1:56pm Geoffrey Montgomery age 40, of 1841 Auburn Rd Seneca Falls NY was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on Felony Criminal Mischief Charges. The charges resulted from a domestic incident that occurred at a residence on Auburn Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls on the 15th of December 2012. Seneca Falls Police Officers conducted an investigation and discovered on the 15th of December 2012 , Geoffrey Montgomery destroyed property which consisted of a cell phone being valued at $599.99. Montgomery was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Sheriffs Office in lieu of $1500 cash bail or $3000 secured bail bond. Montgomery is to reappear in the Town of Fayette Court on the 28th of December 2012 at 1:00pm for the felony hearing. On January 1st 2013 at approximately 12:22am Seneca Falls Police arrested Joseph N.T. Brown age 23 of 192 Ovid Street Lot 162 on an arrest warrent for harassment 2nd resulting from a domestic incident on December 11th of 2012. Brown was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court in front of Justice Barto and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000.00 cash bail, $4000.00 ins bond. Brown is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on January 9th, 2013 at 10:00am for his next hearing. On 12/07/12 at approximately 12:23 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kevin A. Bradley, age 45, of 221 Fall Street, Apt. 4, Seneca Falls, NY following a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls. Police observed a vehicle Bradley was operating run a stop sign at a town road intersection and also observed his vehicle to have an inadequate muffler system. A check through DMV showed Bradley's license to be suspended and that the vehicle Bradley was operating to be suspended for not having insurance in effect. Bradley was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Operating with a Suspended Registration, Operating with No Insurance, Inadequate Muffler, and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign.
