Port Byron topped Weedsport 52-38 yesterday in Section III boy's basketball action to improve their 2012-13 record to 6-1-0. Port Byron’s Colton Dennis led all scoring with 21 points. Dennis also had 13 rebounds and 8 assists. Teammate Brett Sanderson had a 10-point game and had 9 rebounds and 2 assists. Mithel Weigand also had a notable game, scoring 6 total points and having 9 assists.
