Unruly patient arrested at Soldier & Sailors in PY

Penn Yan Village Police arrested Edward W. DeClercq, age 56, of Naples, NY at 2:34 am Monday morning at Soldiers and Sailors Hospital and charged him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after receiving a complaint of an unruly patient in the Emergency Room.
After DeClercq was told to leave by officers, he turned and yelled obscenities and was arrested.
He was arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court where bail was set at $500 cash or $1000 property bond.
