| Penn Yan woman ticketed when child found outside | |||
Penn Yan Police issued an appearance ticket on Monday to Jemitha Soles, age 47, of Main Street in Penn Yan. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after child protective case workers located her son outside of the residence.
