| Prattsburgh man arrested on DWI in Penn Yan | |||
Penn Yan police arrested Timothy J. Hoose II. age 25, of Prattsburgh, NY for driving while intoxicated following a routine traffic stop in the Village of Penn Yan at 1:30 am on Saturday morning. Hoose II had a BAC of 0.19% and is awaiting arraignment in the Yates County Jail.
