On 11/30/2012 at approximately 2102hrs, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Mark R. Fuhry II, age 21 of 2174 East Seneca Street Ovid, NY. While on patrol officers arrived on scene of a two car property damage MVA. While interviewing Fuhry, Officers then learned that he was operating his vehicle with a suspended license.
Fuhry was then issued a UTT for AUO 3rd and was then released. Fuhry has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 12/20/2012 at 10:00AM.
