On Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 pm, after a traffic stop on Middle Street, Geneva City Police Department & members of the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit concluded a several month investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in various locations in the City of Geneva by the below suspect known as “E”.
Arrested was Edwin “E” Cruz-Lopez, 34 Years of Age, 125 St. Paul Street, APT 1314A, Rochester, New York was charged with 3 Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, All class B Felonies as the subject possessed cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin all packaged and ready for sale.
Approximately $2000 of the illicit substances, an amount of US Currency and a 2003 Honda Pilot SUV were seized in the investigation. Edwin Cruz-Lopez was held awaiting arraignment.
