The Seneca County Sheriff Office reports on November 5, 2012 at 9:30 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Arthur W Hennigan, age 37 of Waterloo Geneva Road for Harassment 2nd degree, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
The arrest stems from a Domestic Incident where it is alleged that Hennigan subjected a female victim to unwanted physical contact and did also restrain said female.
Hennigan was arraigned at the Fayette Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear at the Waterloo Town Court on November 8, 2012. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
