| Penn Yan Police called to Lawrence St. fight | |||
Charles Thorpe and Ryan Cyphers. both age 20 of Penn Yan, NY. were arrested late Friday night by Penn Yan Village Police after a call reporting a fight on Lawrence Street. Police observed both engaged in an argument with a third person on Chestnut Street upon arrival. During the investigation, Thorpe and Cyphers were both found to have consumed alcohol while being under age 21. They were issued appearance tickets and released.
