The Waterloo Police Department along with the Seneca Falls Police Department, Seneca County Sheriff's Office and the NYSP responded to the above address for a report of a male subject with a hatchet that may have cut a females neck during a domestic altercation.

Shortly after the call was made to 911, Blevins was able to free himself and fled the scene as police were arriving. He was taken into custody a few blocks from the scene without incident.

The female victim was treated on scene by Finger Lakes Ambulance for a small laceration on her neck from the hatchet, injury to her nose from the bar stool and the two bite markes on her leg.

Blevins was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $25,000.00 bail $50,000.00 bond. He is to reappear at a later date to answer to these charges.
