On September 25th 2012 Seneca Falls Police arrested Joseph C. Smith age 32 of 7 Seneca Road Seneca Falls New York, 13148 on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Smith was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of acting Justice Mattoon and was ROR'D.
