| Dundee man arrested for harassing mother | |||
On Monday evening, Penn Yan police arrested Russell Bachowski, age 55, of Dundee for aggravated harassment 2nd and criminal contempt 1st after he called and harassed his mother 3 times in violation of a Family Court Order of Protection. Bachowski was located in Dundee by NYS Police and transported back to Penn Yan where he was placed under arrest.
